I think maybe Jesus was onto something with the whole "love your enemy" paradigm. As the past 60 or so years will attest, Muslims don't respond to war in quite the gentlemanly fashion that the US and other countries would like. They fight back, to the last man, woman, and child. So what to do about them? First of all, realize that Islam is a religion of war and violence and revenge and realize that Christianity is not. Then fight fire with water. I know I am speaking Cantonese to some of you conservatives out there, but kindness actually works.
Jesus said so anyway.
